This 66,000 sq ft headquarters in Hudson Yards, New York, was designed to feel less like a traditional corporate office and more like a sophisticated, lived-in environment. Drawing on hospitality and residential spaces, the design combines open workspaces and meeting areas with generous social and hospitality spaces.

A strong emphasis was placed on bespoke detailing, natural and reclaimed materials and craftsmanship. Salvaged timber, antique fixtures and repurposed furniture bring warmth, texture and a sense of history to the new-build space, while contemporary elements keep the overall design refined and modern.
