Scarlett Freeman is an Australian interior designer based in London, with 15 years of experience across residential and commercial interiors. Her work spans the UK, Europe and the Americas, from private residences and hospitality to larger-scale developments.
Before establishing her own practice, Scarlett was Lead Residential Designer at Soho House, working across a diverse portfolio of international projects. This experience has informed a multidisciplinary approach to interiors, combining a strong understanding of design with an appreciation for architecture, materials and the way spaces are lived in.
Her work is characterised by a balance of refinement and ease. She creates interiors with a strong sense of character, combining considered materials, bespoke elements and thoughtful detailing to create spaces that feel personal, comfortable and enduring.
Each project is shaped around its individual context and the people who inhabit it, with a focus on quality, proportion and functionality. Working with local artisans and fellow creatives is an important part of the process, bringing a deeper connection to each location while celebrating its history, culture and the talent within it.
